In the latest issue of IRIS - Legal Observations of the European Audiovisual Observatory Michael Plogell and Erik Ullberg report on changes in a new Swedish Radio and Televisions Act. The new act will implement the so called AVMS Directive on audiovisual media services and includes inter alia regulation of product placement.
