Strenghtening our M&A department

Wistrand´s M&A department will be expanded with 2 new partners, Magnus Forssman in Stockholm and Mattias Boqvist in Gothenburg and by recruiting Claes Kjellberg from Mannheimer Swartling.

Wistrand has, in recent years, taken a major step forward in the Swedish M&A market.  Merger Market's ranking shows that Wistrand today is a well established player in the Swedish M&A market, says Robert Kullgren, responsible for Wistrand´s M&A department.

Magnus Forssman and Mattias Boqvist work mainly with M&A and investments. Claes Kjellberg has worked with Swedish and international transactions for both industrial operators and venture capital firms since 2004.
