Wistrand has advised Home Properties on real estate deal

Wistrand has advised Home Properties on its acquisition of a hotel real estate in Eskilstuna, Sweden.

Home Properties is one of Scandinavia’s leading hotel property companies and was listed on the stock exchange until one year ago.

Wistrand´s team was led by Per Dalemo and consisted also of a number of other lawyers, such as Lars Gahnström, Henrik Saalman, Carl Hagberg and Mårten Hulterström.

The seller, Danish investment company K/S Eskilstuna, was advised by Danish law firm DAHL where Steen Holm-Larsen was in charge of the legal team and by Swedish law firm Mannheimer Swartling where Johan Granhehult was responsible for the team.
