Wistrand represented Catella Real Estate AG KAG acting on account of the German real estate fund Bouwfonds European Residential in its acquisition of three properties from Förvaltnings AB GWPB and Förvaltnings AB Collegio in the Stockholm area.
Catella Real Estate AG KAG manages a number of European real estate funds. Bouwfonds European Residential is an open ended German real estate fund focusing its investments on real properties for residential purposes in city centre locations in the EU.
