Wistrand represents Arta Plast AB in the acquisition of a line of business within KWH Plast Ltd

Wistrand has represented packaging manufacturer Arta Plast AB in the acquisition of Oy KWH Plast's business line injection molded packaging.

Arta Plast AB is one of the leading companies in the manufacturing of injection molded plastic parts and produces mainly food packaging and medical details.

Wistrand team consisted of Lars Hasp, Fredrik Dock and Henrik Rydqvist.
