Wistrand represents Atea in the acquisition of Impact

Wistrand has advised Atea Sverige AB and Atea AS on the acquisition of Impact Europe Sverige AB and Impact Europe Norge AS.

Atea is the Nordic and Baltic region's leading independent supplier of IT infrastructure and is present in 72 cities in Europe.

Atea Group has around 4600 employees, is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and has an annual revenue of NOK 15 billions.

Wistrand, by Lars Hasp, Claes Kjellberg, Sandra Kolmodin and Henrik Rydqvist, represented Atea in the acquisition.
