Wistrand represents Atea in the acquisition of Office Document group

Wistrand has represented Atea Sweden AB in the acquisition of several companies within the Office Document group.

Atea is the Nordic and Baltic region's leading independent supplier of IT infrastructure and is represented in 72 cities across Europe.
Atea Group has around 4600 employees, is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and has an annual revenue of NOK 15 billions.
