Wistrand represents Mediq NV in the acquisition of shares in Oriola-KD

Wistrand has advised Mediq NV in the acquisition of Oriola-KD's operations in the healthcare business.

Mediq delivers medicines, medical equipment and related health services. Mediq is represented in 14 countries, has 8200 employees and had a revenue of 2.6 billion in 2009.

Wistrand’s team was led by Lars Hasp and Niklas Larsson, and assisted by Göran Sohlberg, Magnus Forssman, Fredrik Dock, Charles Arbro, Henrik Rydqvist and Victor Palm.
