Wistrand advises in the transfer of commercial property in Östersund

Wistrand has assisted KS Östersund and KS Östersund 2, Sweden in the transfer of the company Lillänge Södra Volymhandels KB to NP5 Förvaltnings AB and NP3 Fastigheter AB along with the Danish law firm, Ronne Lundgren Law Firm in Copenhagen. Lillänge Södra Volymhandels KB owns the property Östersund Ångvälten 5 with a market value of approximately SEK 160 million.
