Wistrand advises on wind power transaction in Northern Sweden

Wistrand has advised the seller, Swelandia International AB, on the divestment of Bottenviken Vind AB to Kalix Vindkraft AB. The seller is a private investment company and the buyer is owned by, inter alia, Luleå Energi, Bjäre Kraft and Billerud. Bottenviken Vind AB owns a wind power farm located on Seskarön in the municipality of Haparanda, Sweden.

Wistrand’s team has consisted of Henrik Saalman, project leader, as well as Rudolf Laurin, Carl Hagberg and Charlotta Törnell. Responsible partner is Per Dalemo.
