Wistrand has advised Volvo Cars Corporation

Wistrand has advised Volvo Cars Corporation in connection with the company's sale of its shares in Getrag All Wheel Drive AB to a company within the GKN plc group.

Getrag All Wheel Drive AB was founded in 2004 as a joint venture between GETRAG, Dana Holding Corporation and Volvo Cars Corporation. Getrag All Wheel Drive AB currently has 640 employees,
and the company’s turnover was, in 2010, SEK 2 billion.

Wistrand’s team was led by partners Martin Wedén, Lars Thunberg and Rudolf Laurin.
