Wistrand has represented packaging manufacturer Arta Plast AB in the acquisition of Oy KWH Plast's business line injection molded packaging.

Arta Plast AB is one of the leading companies in the manufacturing of injection molded plastic parts and produces mainly food packaging and medical details.

Wistrand has advised Mediq NV in the acquisition of Oriola-KD's operations in the healthcare business.

Mediq delivers medicines, medical equipment and related health services. Mediq is represented in 14 countries, has 8200 employees and had a revenue of 2.6 billion in 2009.

Wistrand has been legal advisor to the family who founded and now sold their company, Boj Transport Corporation.

Boj Transport Corporation is the market leader in the

manufacturing and rental of horse transportation. The company has its production in Klippan, Skåne.

The buyer is the investment company Anleen. The details of the deal are not public.
