Wistrand holds a strong position and advises Swedish and international clients on real estate transactions. Wistrand also advises on leaseholds, development and restructuring. We provide ongoing advice on matters of title, administration, commercial rental and usufruct, registration, permits, and liability. Wistrand represents all manner of parties in construction projects - customers, contractors and consultants included. We work on a regular basis with municipalities and other public bodies and have vast experience of the particular demands that this entails.

The firm was founded in Gothenburg in 1915 and was named after the lawyer Folke Wistrand, one of the prominent figures in modern Swedish business law.
