Wistrand advises Sigillet on real estate transaction

Wistrand has advised Sigillet Fastighets AB on the acquisition of two real estate properties in Gårda, Göteborg. The properties acquired – which include both residential flats and business premises – have a total rentable surface of about 6 000 square metres.

Sigillet Fastighets AB owns and manages both residential and commercial property. Sigillet leases out residential property in Göteborg, Kungälv and Sollentuna and commercial property in Göteborg, Kungälv, Sandviken, Storvik and Sollentuna.
