Singular succession and arbitration agreements remains an elusive issue

Rasmus Lüning has written an article in SvJT as a result of the judgement from the Supreme Court in the 'Electrolux' case (NJA 2016 p 288). The article deals with the question whether and to what extent the remaining party is bound by an arbitration agreement when a new counterparty requests arbitration for a substitution of parties (singularsuccession). The article also discusses the significance of the Supreme Court's judgement in the case "De enstegstätade fasaderna II" (NJA 2015 p 1040) may have on the arbitration agreement binding effect in similar situations.
