    AcobiaFLUX acquires EPG.sys AB

    Wistrand has advised AcobiaFLUX on the acquisition of EPG.sys AB. Epg.sys is a consultant and system integrator within the real estate and industrial automation industry with focus on control and monitoring of heating, ventilation, cooling and security in real properties.


    AcobiaFLUX operates within three sectors; Industry, Infrastructure and Building Automation. The company, which was formed in 2005 through a merger between Acobia and FLUX Software Engineering, today has offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.


    Through the acquisition of EPG.sys, the company employs 55 people and annual turnover is estimated to approximately SEK 80 million.

    Wistrand’s team consisted of Per Dalemo (partner in charge), Peter Brandt and Henrik Saalman.
