Advokat Erik Ullberg and jur.kand. Karin Andreasson have participated, as the Swedish experts, in the T.M.C Asser Institute and the Polish Institute of International Relations’ EU wide project “Preventing fraud, corruption and bribery committed through legal entities for the purpose of financial and economic gain”. The project consists of several parts, including a study which was presented at a conference in Warsaw earlier this year. The project aims amongst other things to provide an EU list of best practices in combating corruption and fraud.
