Wistrand has advised SBB i Norden AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of 13 real properties in Västerås and one real property in Hallstahammar for SEK 333.7 million.
The acquired real properties consist of 105 apartments in rental properties, and social properties with an emphasis on residential services and support services. The properties are fully leased with a total lettable area of 17,000 sqm, of which about 1000 sqm is under construction. The municipaility of Västerås is the main tenant of the residential services and support services premises and the remaining lease term for those premises are 9.5 years.
