Linking constituted copyright infringement

In the latest issue of IRIS – Legal Observations of the European Audiovisual Observatory, Michael Plogell and Erik Ullberg report on a case according to which so called direct linking to ice hockey games were considered a breach of the Swedish Copyrights Act.
