Nokas acquires Bohusläns Säkerhetstjänst
Wistrand has advised Nokas on its acquisition of Bohusläns Säkerhetstjänst AB. Bohusläns Säkerhetstjänst is a security services provider founded in 1996, today employing 30 people.
Nokas is a Nordic security services group conducting business in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Poland. The Nokas group, founded in 1987, is divided into two divisions; Cash Handling and Security & Safety, and has some 3 500 employees and an annual turnover of approximately NOK two billion. The main owners of Nokas are Orkla, DnB, Stiftelsen Fritt Ord, Jul Holding and management.
Wistrand’s team mainly consisted of Per Dalemo (partner in charge), Tove Rosén Johansson and Martina Blomberg.
