Sigillet acquires property from Vasakronan
Wistrand has advised Sigillet Fastighets AB on its acquisition of the property Göteborg Lorensberg 55:3.
The property was built in the late 1800s and measures approximately 1940 sq.m. The District court of Mölndal previously housed in the building, but today the premises are leased by Ingrid Segerstedt’s Gymnasium.
Wistrand’s team consisted of Per Dalemo (partner in charge), Henrik Saalman and Lars Gahnström.
