Wistrand has advised Solist on a property sale to Klövern

Solist is owned by Eiendomsspar, Gjelsten Holding, Arctic Asset Management and the company’s three operating partners.

The property measures approximately 14 700 sq.m. and comprises Lindex’s central warehouse and sales office.
