Wistrand advises Juni Technology AB in connection with an extended investment round in the company of SEK 450 million

Wistrand has advised the Gothenburg-based company Juni Technology AB in connection with an extended Series A investment round in the company of SEK 450 million. EQT Ventures as well as e.g. existing shareholders such as Felix Capital, partners from DST Global and Cherry Ventures participated in the extended Series A investment round.

Wistrand has earlier this year assisted the company in connection with its Series A investment round of SEK 185.

Juni is revolutionizing banking for e-commerce entrepreneurs with a platform that gives the digital entrepreneur a clear picture of the entire company's finances. As a financial companion, Juni wants to make it as simple as possible for e-commerce entrepreneurs to focus on running their business. Together with the card supplier Visa, Juni has developed a card that is created for e-commerce.
