Wistrand advises Nordic Choice Hotels on the development of new hotel with Geely
Wistrand Law Firm has advised Nordic Choice Hotels on the development of a new hotel at Lindholmen, Gothenburg.
Nordic Choice Hotels will operate the hotel with Geely as partner and property owner. The hotel is planned to have 254 rooms and will also include two restaurants and a conference facility for approximately 230 persons.
The property is under development and the hotel is scheduled to open in the fall of 2022.
