Wistrand advises the seller in connection with the divestment of the Sjuntorp Group to Tången Industrikapital

Tången Industrikapital, through its subsidiary, has acquired the Sjuntorp Group (consisting of in total 9 entities) from its founder.

The Sjuntorp Group operates mainly through four different operating companies (Elinc, Produktionsteknik, Truck & Maskin and Jopro). AB Sjuntorp's subsidiaries are jointly a complete supplier of solutions for handling materials as well as production of technical services and products for the industry. The group had in 2022 a turnover of SEK 182 million with an EBITDA of approximately SEK 32 million. The group has approximately 100 employees.

Tången Industrikapital is a Swedish investment company that mainly invests in medium-sized companies. Tången Industrikapital operates in the business areas of industry, service, energy and real estate.
