Wistrand advises the seller in connection with the transfer of Incit AB to Aareon AG

Incit AB is one of the leading providers of real estate ERP-systems in the Nordic region. Incit AB has provided property management services to the real estate sector since 1966 and is today one of the few players that offer a total system solution for property managers and owners.

Aareon is Germany’s leading consultancy and systems house for the management of housing and commercial property. Founded in 1957, the company has continuously expanded its business and offers a wide range of ERP, software and IT consulting services. Aareon AG is a subsidiary of Aareal Bank.

Wistrand’s team was led by Mattias Boqvist with support from Peter Brandt, Martin Wedén, Johannes Wårdman, Jenny Palmberg, Erik Dreijer, Anna Fahleryd, Martina Blomberg and Beatrice Karlsson.

The transaction was closed on 1 July 2013.
