Wistrand advises the sellers on Colliers' acquisition of Pangea

Wistrand has advised the sellers in connection with the signing of a share purchase agreement regarding transfer of a majority stake in Pangea Property Partners to Colliers. This transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be finalized during the final quarter of 2022.

Pangea Property Partners is a leading capital markets advisor in Sweden and Norway. Colliers is global leading professional services and investment management company and will, through its acquisition of shares in Pangea Property Partners, become a market-leading property advisor in the Nordics under the Colliers brand. After the acquisition the new organization, Colliers Nordics, will consist of more than 550 experts, of which 80 within Capital Markets.
