Wistrand advises the sellers on the sale of Markera

Wistrand has advised the sellers in connection with the sale of all shares in the companies within the Markera group to Qflow Group AB.

Markera was founded in 2017 and has approximately 30 employees. Markera is based in Gothenburg but has offices in Karlstad, Borås and Åre/Östersund. Markera works, among other things, with road and ground project planning, dimensioning and design of water, sewage and rainwater systems, geotechnical investigations and project management and planning.

Qflow’s idea is to gather the best technology consulting companies in a common network to create better flow in the construction industry. With Markera entering into a partnership with Qflow, Qflow strengthens its offer within infrastructure with project management and planning.

Wistrand's team has been led by partner Per Dalemo, assisted mainly by senior associate Amy Lindquist (M&A), associate Anton Bengtsson (M&A) and associate Simon Thungren (M&A).
