Wistrand advises Vertiseit AB (publ) in connection with the public offer to the shareholders of MultiQ International Aktiebolag

On 10 January 2022, Vertiseit AB (publ) (”Vertiseit”) announced a public offer to acquire all shares in MultiQ International Aktiebolag (”MultiQ”). The offer means that the shares in MultiQ was valued to a total of approximately SEK 197 million as of 10 January 2022. The shares in MultiQ are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Vertiseit is a platform company within retail tech in Europe. Vertiseit provides software for Digital In-store and related consulting services. The Vertiseit Group currently has more than 130 employees in Sweden, Austria, Germany and the United Kingdom.

MultiQ is a provider of software and technology for Digital Signage. The business is focused on the Nordic region, with significant customers and partners also in the DACH region and in Canada. The MultiQ group has offices in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the United Kingdom. The number of employees in the MultiQ Group was as of 31 December 2021 63 persons.
