Wistrand appoints new partners

Wistrand Advokatbyrå has appointed Lars Törner Larsson and Per Englund as new partners at the Stockholm office, taking effect from 1 January 2023.

Lars works with financial and regulatory issues, company law and commercial contracts with a particular focus on anti-money laundering and branch specific towards companies and individuals who utilize the Blockchain-technology. His experience in this area includes day-to-day business law, licensing issues but also tax issues. Lars has worked at Wistrand since 2015.

Per Englund works in Wistrand's banking and finance group and works on a regular basis with real estate financing, acquisition financing, syndicated and bilateral loans, project financing and MTN-programmes. He is also specialized in real estate related matters with significant experience in real estate M&A and commercial leases. Per has worked at Wistrand since 2017.
