Wistrand advises Home Properties on a sale of eleven hotels to LO and Östersjöstiftelsen

The sale comprises the hotels Comfort Hotel Nouveau, Clarion Collection Hotel Bolinder Munktell, Comfort Hotel Eskilstuna, Clarion Collection Hotel Victoria, Comfort Hotel Jönköping, Clarion Collection Hotel Bilan, Clarion Collection Hotel Majoren, Clarion Collection Hotel Uman, Clarion Collection Hotel Fregatten, Clarion Collection Hotel Kompaniet and Clarion Collection Hotel Post in Oskarshamn. The hotels offer more than 1 000 hotel rooms in total.
