Wistrand advises Nokas on its acquisition of Alviks Lås AB

Alviks Lås was founded in 1983 and has 16 employees. Last year the company had a turnover of SEK 44 million.

Nokas is a leading security company with operations in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Do to the acquisition of Alviks Lås AB, Nokas will be a complete supplier of security technology in the Stockholm area.
