Wistrand has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget (SBB), and the company CEO and founder, Ilija Batljan, in connection with the acquisition of a care property in Gothenburg and a warehouse property in the trade and business district of Sisjön. The seller was Alecta pensionsförsäkring.
