Wistrand advises SBB on its acquisiton of 1560 apartments and the sale of building rights to a Joint Venture with Amasten
Wistrand Advokatbyrå has advised SBB, Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ), on its acquisiton of 1 560 apartments, of which the major part is located in Växjö and Ronneby in the Southern part of Sweden.
The acquistion comprises a total of 41 properties in Växjö, Ronneby, Helsingborg, Olofström, Karlshamn, Osby och Åstorp with a lettable area of 114 750 sq.m. The total rental income amounts to SEK 116.3 million a net operating income is approximately SEK 66.5 milion. The transaction is financed with equity.
Closing takes place preliminary on December 15, 2019.
SBB and Amasten also form a joint venture to build residential apartments in Nyköping. SBB sells approximately 50,000 sq.m. BTA building rights to the JV at a price of SEK 3,000 per sq.m. BTA.
