Wistrand advises SBB on its acquisition of 407 apartments in Kävlinge
Wistrand Advokatbyrå has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB”) on its acquisition of 407 apartments in Kävlinge.
The acquisition includes the properties Arvid 1, Kristallen 1-3, Sandhammaren 4 and Servitutet 2 that together comprises approximately 26.600 sqm lettable area. The average apartment size is 65 sqm and The rental income amounts to approximately SEK 32 million. The underlying property value amounts to approximately SEK 545 million.
The properties are all located in Kävlinge municipality in Southern Sweden and the seller is the municipality-owned real-estate company KKB Fastigheter AB in Kävlinge.
Closing takes place on 3 February, 2020.
