Wistrand assists SBB in the acquisition of 48,000 sqm of housing and community properties in Skåne
Wistrand has assisted Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget in Norden AB (publ) (SBB) in connection with the acquisition of 451 apartments in central parts of Malmö-Linghamn, Staffanstorp, Höganäs and Helsingborg. The acquisition also includes properties of 25,000 square meters with potential as apartments in Höganäs.
Rental income amounts to SEK 73.9 million and net operating income to SEK 53.3 million.
Through the acquisition in the Malmö region, SBB strengthens its position as the Nordic region’s leading listed actor in social infrastructure.
