Wistrand advises SBB on its acquisition of school properties from SISAB
Wistrand Advokatbyrå has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB, SBB, on its acquisition of 23 school properties with tenants from the private school sector.
The seller SISAB, owned by the City of Stockholm, decided on the sale at their board meeting on 6 November 2019.
The properties are located in residential areas in the western and southern suburbs of Stockholm. The total lettable area is approximately 17,700 sq.m. with a rental income of SEK 25 million. The property value amounts to SEK 421.5 million.
The properties are fully let and major tenant is Pysslingen förskolor och skolor AB. SBB is offering existing tenants unchanged terms and 10-year contracts.
The transaction will be completed during Q1 2020, and is subject to the decision of the City Council.
