Wistrand advises SBB on an acquisition from Klövern as well as an acquisition from Borlänge Municipality

The properties in Säter have a total lettable area of 44,000 sqm. Main tenant is the County Council of Dalarna.

The properties in Karlskrona have a total lettable area of 57,000 sqm of leasable area. Main tenant is Karlskrona Municipality.

Simultaneously, Wistrand advised SBB in connection with the entering into of an agreement with Borlänge Municipality for the acquisition of a property portfolio comprising nine residential and community properties in Borlänge for SEK 750 million. The portfolio has a total lettable area of 50,016 sqm.
