Wistrand advises SBB on its investment in social infrastructure

Wistrand Advokatbyrå has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) on its acquisition of newly constructed educational properties in Greater Stockholm.
The acquired portfolio comprises three properties containing premises for both preschool and elementary school and has a lettable area of 6,942 sqm. They are located in the municipalities of Nacka and Huddinge. Turako is the seller and the agreed property value is SEK 283 million.
The tenants are leading private publicly funded welfare providers. Estimated annual NOI is SEK 14.1 million and the WAULT is 13 years.
