Wistrand advises Vertiseit AB (publ) in its directed new share issue through a book building procedure

Wistrand has advised Vertiseit AB (publ) in connection with a directed new share issue through a book building procedure, raising approximately SEK 100 million. The directed new share issue included a number of Swedish institutional and professional investors. An extra general meeting in Vertiseit resolved on the directed share issue on 21 October 2021.

Vertiseit is a leading platform company within Retail Digital Signage in Europe. Through its’ subsidiaries Grassfish and Dise the group offers software for Digital In-store and related consulting services. For the full year of 2020, the Vertiseit’s net revenue amounted to proforma approx. SEK 134 million. The company’s B-share is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Wistrand’s team has consisted of Partner Johannes Wårdman and Senior Associate Jeanette Jönsson.
