Wistrand advises in connection with sale of GetCompliant

Wistrand has advised GetCompliant AB and its majority owners in connection with the sale of all shares in GetCompliant 2013 AB to PSG backed Mapal Group.

GetCompliant is a software solution company whose cloud based solution helps companies in e.g. the hospitality and retail sectors with task management, compliance and documentation management.

Wistrand’s team consisted of Robert Kullgren, Elisabeth Salmgren von Schantz and Fredrik Lindén.
