Andreas Rönnheden specialises in commercial disputes and company law. He has extensive experience in assisting Swedish and international clients in a wide range of commercial disputes in courts and in Swedish and international arbitration proceedings. Andreas represents clients in all phases of a dispute, from early litigation assessments and claim preparation, to settlement negotiations and proceedings before courts and arbitral tribunals.

Andreas Rönnheden has vast experience in disputes within a number of different lines of business and areas of law, including contract law, company law, insurance law, and corporate transactions. Andreas has special expertise in professional liability. He has extensive experience in representing lawyers and law firms, audit firms and auditors, and other clients who work subject to rules of professional liability, and in insurance-related disputes. He also has extensive experience in disputes concerning directors’ and officers’ liability. Andreas also works with regulatory matters and investigations as well as with administrative court proceedings.

Andreas Rönnheden has participated in several cases before the Swedish Supreme Court, including the case reported at NJA 2019 p. 978.

Andreas Rönnheden regularly lectures in his areas of expertise and also organises courses. Andreas is ranked as a leading practitioner by internationally recognised ranking institutions.
