Charles Arbro is a partner and head of CMS Wistrand’s practice group Corporate & Commercial and specializes in M&A, financing, commercial agreements and regulatory crypto but his practice also includes advising on real estate law, general corporate law matters and other regulatory issues. 

With extensive experience in the real estate field, Charles Arbro regularly assists clients with regard to construction, commercial tenancy, property development and exploitation.

Charles Arbro has significant experience in representing corporations and associations in connection with procurement, annual general meetings and liability matters.
