Josefin Jansson specializes in advising on transactional and real estate-related matters. She has extensive experience in advising Swedish and international clients on M&A, joint ventures, acquisitions and divestments of property companies and property portfolios as well as other real estate matters, including real estate financing, property development and exploitation as well as commercial leases.

Josefin also advises on general contract- and corporate law matters on a day-to-day basis.
