Lars Hasp is a partner in CMS Wistrand’s practice group Corporate/M&A and specializes in M&A, commercial contracts and general corporate law issues with a focus on the IT, Tech, life sciences and automotive industries. With over 30 years of experience, he has extensive experience in providing advice for private and public companies on domestic and cross-border transactions, investments and joint ventures. In his practice he has been actively involved in the development of the firm’s international relations and assisted several of the firm’s international clients and is well acquainted with international business in a variety of industries.

Lars Hasp has been responsible partner in several domestic and cross boarder assignments within, inter alia, the IT & telecoms, Tech, automotive, and construction sectors, and represents a broad range of clients, including primarily listed companies in the fields of IT and Tech. 
He has a long history of advising industrial buyers and founders in M&A transactions.
