Marek Keller specializes in insolvency law and dispute resolution. He assists clients with advice on matters regarding securities, creditor protection, board liability, and other matters that arise in companies in financial distress and is regularly appointed as a trustee in bankruptcy and liquidator. Marek also regularly advises on commercial dispute resolution and is representing clients in court proceedings in a wide range of commercial disputes. Marek has a Swedish PhD (Sw. Jur dr) in private law after having written and defended his thesis titled “Bankruptcy and civil procedure” 2020 and holds courses and lectures in insolvency law, property law, and procedural law.
