Niklas Larsson is a partner in CMS Wistrand's practice group Corporate & Commercial and is specialized in corporate law and transactions, with a particular focus on complex cases in several industries. With over 25 years of experience, he has extensive expertise in advising both Swedish and international clients regarding more or less all kinds of issues in company law and transactions. He has also worked with niched areas of corporate law such as various forms of incentive programs such as warrants, employee options (qualified and non-qualified), performance share programs, share savings programs, convertibles, sweet equity, advanced bonus programs and other forms of incentive structures.

Niklas Larsson has led matters and projects involving public and private general meetings, acquisitions and transfers of companies and operations in many different industries such as technology, professional services, industry and trade. He has also worked with clients' corporate governance issues, ongoing legal advice and commercial agreements.

In addition to his law degree, Niklas Larsson also has a bachelor's degree in economics.
