Peter Sandberg is a partner in CMS Wistrand’s practice group Tax. With more than 25 years of experience in the tax field, he has gained extensive experience in advising individuals, start-ups and multinational companies on structuring, transaction advice and W&I insurance. Peter also advises on and has extensive experience in real estate M&A agreements.

He has particular expertise in structuring, transaction advice and VAT issues related to the real estate sector, as well as advice on W&I insurance.

Peter Sandberg regularly advises real estate companies on structuring, transactional and VAT matters. He is leading on tax related W&I insurance issues and regularly advises some of the world’s largest insurance companies. In addition, Peter Sandberg advises on establishment of private equity funds, particularly in the real estate sector. He also regularly advises real estate companies on real estate M&A agreements.

He has previous experience from the Swedish Tax Agency, other law firms and a big four accounting firm.
