Tommy Grönberg, partner and Head of CMS Wistrand’s practice group Real Estate in Stockholm, specializes in real estate and financing matters and on all types of property-related matters, including real estate M&A, private equity and joint ventures.

With 35 years in the industry, he has extensive experience in advising not only Swedish listed and unlisted company within the real estate industry, but also international companies, municipalities and public sector entities and banks.
