Wistrand has acted as advisor to CapMan, SEB and the other selling shareholders in connection with CSG International’s acquisition of Ascade Holding AB (Ascade).
Ascade is a leading provider of interconnect business solutions for telecom carriers that trade and exchange international voice and data traffic.
